A luxury waterfront residential building, Weehawken's Building Management System is set to launch in 2026. It will feature BEVO’s most advanced Smart Home and Building Management System to date to optimise comfort for residents.

The system integrates AI-driven energy management, smart HVAC control, and intelligent water leak detection with automatic shutoff. Designed for modern living, we have implemented real-time data learning to maximize efficiency, safety, and resident comfort.

At 20-07 127th Street, BEVO brought intelligence to every corner of a dynamic five-story building—home to a karaoke lounge, boutique hotel, and vibrant dining spaces. Each business had its own rhythm; our system adapted to all of them.
